Deliveries inside the UK only.

We aim to despatch embroidered bags within 3 days. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. 

Embroidery service - we aim to despatch these as quickly as possible.  Please email logo within 24 hours of placing your order to enable this. Please allow up to 10 days delivery following approval of logo. 

Please allow extra time during peak periods - e.g. Christmas etc

In the unlikely event your order could be delayed, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. 

Deliveries are made via Royal Mail, DPD and EVRi depending on location.   You will receive an email with tracking information once your order despatches. 

EM-E will make every effort to liaise with customers and couriers in order to resolve any delivery issues.  Any delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of the order date.
