Return and Refund Policy

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days from receipt in unsoiled, undamaged and unused condition (all tags attached) for refund (less postage costs) or exchange. Please email sales@em-e.uk stating order number and reason for return. A returns label will be issued.  All postage costs to be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. 

Personalised / embroidered items are non returnable, so please carefully check sizing before ordering. Please contact us on sales@em-e.uk with any queries before ordering. We are here to help!
