The best formats are jpg, png, pdf or eps but I can work from a clear screenshot!



All logos are sent to my talented digitiser who converts you logo into an embroidery file (.dst) to enable the embroidery machine to read it and stitch it out.  It is the digitisers job to programme the design with the number of stitches, density, order of stitching and much more!

Yes!  For larger orders, samples can be sent to check the quality/choice of item.  I also offer a concierge service to help select the right products for the right job!

Yes!  BUT... this comes with a word of warning.  Sometimes things go wrong.  Sometimes the machine eats things... we won't accept liability for damage to your own items, so this is done at your own risk.  For this reason, we won't embroider high value items for example Equitex saddle pads.

Yes!  You don't have to have a business logo to order.  We can add text to products or we have hundreds of stock images.  Some are featured https://em-e.uk/stock-images-%26-fonts.  We have many more, so drop us an email with what you need!  sales@em-e.uk


We have access to hundreds of products - the website is just a selection.  If you can't see what you are looking for, send an email to sales@em-e.uk and we will track down the perfect product.


Yes!  We offer a 5% discount for orders of 10+ items and 10% discount for orders of 20+ items.  If you are placing a large order, send an email to sales@em-e.uk to place the order/get a discount code.


Delivery is a flat nominal contribution of £2.95.  Everything is generally sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.  Collection is also available for free - select this option at checkout.


We aim to delivery your order within 7-10 days.  However, at peak times such as Christmas, do allow a little longer.  HOWEVER! If you have an URGENT order - please email sales@em-e.uk and we will work to meet your timescales!


As all orders are personal to you, we urge you to check that all sizing is correct before you order.  Size guides are available (if they are not detailed on the product, do please ask).  I also offer a concierge service for teams to check comfort, fit and size prior to ordering https://em-e.uk/concierge-service
